Selected Listing Brokers will be contacted on an as-needed basis to list and manage properties owned or managed by APEXREO Mortgage Services. This is an opportunity to expand your portfolio and work with a dynamic and growing organization.
Description of Duties (Potential):
- Conduct property evaluations and provide accurate market analyses.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
- List properties on relevant MLS platforms and other marketing channels.
- Coordinate property showings and open houses.
- Negotiate offers and manage the closing process.
- Provide regular updates and reports to APEXREO Mortgage Services.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable real estate laws and regulations.
Requirements:
To be considered, interested brokers must meet the following requirements:
- Possess a valid and active Real Estate Broker's License.
- Maintain current General Liability Insurance with a minimum coverage of $1,000,000.
- Demonstrate a proven track record of successful property listings and sales.
- Provide professional references to support your services.
- Be proficient in using real estate technology and software.
- Possess strong communication and negotiation skills.
