During this critical period, our founder [Adlai' Hayes] served as a Manager at Bank of America (who purchased  Countrywide Home Loans defaulted foreclosed loan portfolio), leading a team of 40 property preservation specialists in the meticulous management of defaulted and foreclosed properties.

This experience provided invaluable hands-on expertise in:

• Comprehensive Property Preservation: Securing properties, managing trash-outs, conducting thorough inspections, and executing emergency repairs.

• Data Management & Reporting: Maintaining accurate records, generating detailed repair estimates, and creating comprehensive scopes of work.

• Maintenance Oversight: Implementing and managing ongoing maintenance programs, including yard care, seasonal services, and structural repairs.

Key Achievement:

Recognizing the inefficiencies of manual utility bill processing for Bank of America's REO portfolio, Adlai' Hayes researched, developed, and recommended the implementation of OCR (Optical Character Recognition) technology. This innovative solution automated utility bill payments by scanning paper bills, extracting crucial information, and initiating online payments. This initiative resulted in an 80% reduction in accounts payable workload, significantly streamlining the bill-paying process.
